Vivo has officially announced the launch date for its next flagship smartphones, the Vivo X300 series . The company confirmed that both devices will be unveiled in China on October 13, 2025. Alongside this launch, Vivo will also introduce other products, including the vivo Pad5e tablet, vivo TWS 5 earbuds, and vivo Watch GT 2 smartwatch. The company regards this series as its biggest and most premium smartphone launch to date.

Launch Date and New UI System

The Vivo X300 series is set to debut on October 13, 2025. Three days prior, on October 10, the company will unveil its new OriginOS 6, based on Android 16. This new interface will feature on both smartphones. Vivo has always presented its software updates in a unique manner, and anticipation for OriginOS 6 is high among technology enthusiasts. The new UI promises faster response times, enhanced customization, and more personalized features.

Processor and Performance

Both the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro will be powered by MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 chipset.
