The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit cards for the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) 2025, session 2. This exam is extremely important for admission to premier engineering institutes across the country. Those who had registered for this exam can now download their admit card from its official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.

JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Exam Date and Shift
The JEE Main session-2 exam will be conducted from April 2 to April 9, 2025. The exam will be held in two shifts:
April 2, 3 and 4, 2025: The exam will be held in two shifts for Paper 1 (Bachelor of Engineering – BE, Bachelor of Technology – BTech).
- April 8, 2025: Only one shift for Paper 1, Timings: 3 PM to 6 PM.
- 9 April 2025: First shift for Paper 2, Timings: 9 am to 12 noon.
What details will be there in the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Admit Card?
The admit card will contain the following important information:
- Candidate’s name
- Father’s name
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Category
- Eligibility status
- JEE Main roll number
- Paper details (e.g. BE, BTech)
- Application form number
- Exam centre and timing details
- Candidate’s signature and photo
- Parents’ signature

Important Instructions to be followed at the Exam Centre
The following processes will be carried out at the time of entry into the exam centre:
- Security Check and Biometric Registration
- Manual Attendance Confirmation by the Invigilator
- Verification of Documents
- Cross-checking of Admit Card, Signature and Photograph
Shift Timings:
- Morning Session: 7 AM to 8:30 AM
- Afternoon Session: 1 PM to 2:30 PM
How to Download the JEE Main 2025 Admit Card?
Candidates can download their admit card by following the following simple steps:

- Visit the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the link for “JEE Main 2025 Admit Card”.
- Enter your application number, password and captcha code on the login page.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
- The admit card will appear on the screen.
- Check all the details carefully and download the admit card.
Last Tip:
- Reach the exam centre well in time on the day of the exam.
- Don’t forget to carry a valid photo ID proof (like Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID etc.) along with the admit card.
- Mobile phones and other electronic devices will not be allowed inside the exam centre during the exam.
- Follow the rules and instructions of the exam.
