Apple September 9 event 2024: Apple has officially announced the date of its next event. The event will be held on September 9 at 10 am PT (Apple September 9 event 2024 – 10:30 pm IST) at the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park. Interested viewers can watch it live on Apple’s official website and YouTube channel.
While Apple has not revealed any official information about the upcoming products, it is expected that the iPhone 16 series and Watch Series 10 will be unveiled at the event.
iPhone 16 series: What could be new?
The iPhone 16 series may feature a total of four models – iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max. As per rumours, the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max may feature bigger battery packs than the iPhone 15 series. The standard model of the iPhone 16 may have a vertically arranged camera system, replacing the earlier diagonal layout.
The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus are also likely to have a new Action Button. This time, the iPhone 16 series may be introduced with the new A18 chip. New colour options for the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max may also be introduced.
Watch Series 10 and other products
Along with the iPhone 16 series, the Apple Watch Series 10 may also be announced. It is expected to have a larger design, OLED display and a new S10 chip. Apart from this, fourth-generation AirPods can also be introduced, which may feature USB-C ports and active noise cancelling.
