BluArmor C50 Pro Bluetooth: BluArmor has launched its latest flagship product, the C50 Pro, for Rs 24,999. It is the successor to the C30 and HS1 headsets and includes several new features. It is trying to challenge global brands such as Cardo and Sena.
BluArmor C50 Pro Bluetooth Key Features
- Mounting and control options: The C50 Pro can be mounted on a helmet via a magnetic mount or a traditional mount. Its magnetic mount has a customizable lighting system, which can be set in different colours and patterns. It also has an integrated IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) that flashes a red light in case of braking or deceleration and calls a pre-saved contact number in case of emergency.
- System control: The C50 Pro can be controlled via three small buttons or a wireless joystick, both of which are IP67 certified and protected against water and dust.
- Mesh and cloud connectivity: The C50 Pro features improved mesh intercom range and audio quality. It also features cloud connectivity, which will be available in the future for a fee. Its mesh system does not interface with Sena and Cardo’s systems; connectivity is only possible via Bluetooth.
- Device connectivity: The C50 Pro can be connected to multiple devices simultaneously such as other phones, GPS devices and action cameras. It can also be controlled from a smartphone via the BluArmor app.
- Battery life and weight: The C50 Pro has a battery life of up to 16 hours (based on music playback only). It weighs 70 grams, similar to the C30, although its size is much smaller.
