CUET UG 2024 result released, 24 hours time to register objection
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the result of CUET (Common University Entrance Test) UG 2024. Candidates can check their results on the official website of NTA exams. nta.ac.in/CUET-UG and cuetug.ntaonline.in. NTA has informed that if any student has any objection to the result of the CUET UG exam, then he has to register it within 24 hours through email to rescuetug@nta.ac.in. The complaint has to include information about the application number, name, subject code/subject name, and date of examination. Before releasing the result, NTA had also released the final answer key of the CUET UG exam, on which a total of 9512 objections were received, out of which 1782 were unique. The final answer key and result have been prepared based on objections received through emails and letters.
Facility of admission in 283 universities through CUET 2024, merit list will be prepared based on the result
This year, admission will be given to 283 universities in the country including Delhi University, BHU, Allahabad University, and Jamia Millia Islamia through CUET (Common University Entrance Test). These include central universities, state universities, deemed universities, and other educational institutions. UG-level admissions were stopped due to a delay in the result, but now these universities will prepare their merit list based on CUET scores.
NTA conducted the CUET UG exam in hybrid mode this year from 15 to 24 May at 379 places for about 13.48 lakh students. This year a total of 14,99,790 unique candidates registered for the CUET UG exam.
CUET exam conducted for the first time in such a short time, result delayed by one month
This is the first time that the CUET exam was conducted in such a short period. In this year’s CUET exam, 15 subjects were conducted in pen-paper mode and 48 subjects were conducted in computer-based mode. However, the CUET result was to be announced on June 30, but it got delayed by one month.
