DDA has proposed more than 6,500 flats under its Shramik Housing Scheme 2025, which will be available to the workers with a discount of up to 25%. What is DDA Housing Scheme 2025?
The objective of this special scheme of DDA is to provide affordable houses to the building and construction workers. Under this scheme, flats will be made available in various categories, including LIG (Lower Income Group), MIG (Medium Income Group), HIG (High Income Group) and EWS (Economically Weaker Section). These flats are located in various areas of Delhi like Narela, Sirsapur and Loknayakpuram. Up to 25% discount is being given on these flats, which will make it easier to buy a house especially for workers and poor sections.

The prices of these flats start from ₹ 8.50 lakh, and the booking amount is ₹ 50,000. After a discount of 25%, the price of these flats becomes even cheaper, making this scheme especially beneficial for workers and people of low income group.
Who will get the benefit of the scheme?
The benefits of this scheme are not limited to only building and construction workers, but other following categories will also get the benefit:
- Auto rickshaw and cab drivers
- Street vendors
- Disabled persons
- Wives of martyrs
- SC/ST category
Also, the annual income of the family should be ₹1 lakh or less to apply. This scheme is for all eligible persons who are registered under Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB) or PM Vishwakarma Yojana.
Application Process:
This scheme is available online. Follow the following steps to apply:
- Visit the official website of DDA www.dda.gov.in or https://eservices.dda.org.in.
- Click on the link of DDA Shramik Awas Yojana 2025.
- Fill the application form after clicking on “Apply Now”.
- Upload all the required documents (like Aadhaar card, income certificate, worker registration certificate, etc.).
- Pay the online registration fee of ₹2,500 (including GST).
- After paying the fee, you will get a receipt, keep a copy of which safe.
