The court reprimanded the Delhi Municipal Corporation and Delhi Police, questioning how many officials had been arrested in this case, and directed them to take responsibility immediately.

The next hearing will be on August 2, when the Commissioner of Delhi Municipal Corporation, the DCP of the district, and the investigating officer have been ordered to appear in the court. Also, the court ordered to removal of all encroachments in Rajendra Nagar by August 2.

The court also issued an order to remove all encroachments in Rajendra Nagar by August 2. During the hearing, the counsel for the petitioners expressed deep concern over the deaths due to fire and water, calling the recent incidents unfortunate.
