2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to us. To be effective, your counter-notification must be in writing and include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or where the service provider is located).
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

1Tak.com strictly follows a “Repeat Infringer Policy.” We reserve the right to terminate the access of users or contributors who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright regulations.
