The State Bank of India (SBI) has declared the results of the Junior Associate (Clerk) Preliminary Examination. Now, the candidates who have cleared the preliminary examination will appear in the main examination. The SBI Clerk Mains Exam will be conducted on the 10th and 12th of April 2025. This examination will be held under the guidelines prescribed by SBI at various examination centers across the country.
SBI Clerk Preliminary Exam 2025 Result: SBI conducted the preliminary examination of SBI Clerk Preliminary Examination for a total of 13,735 posts of Junior Associate Clerk on 22 February, 27, 28 and 1 March 2025. This exam was of total 100 marks and SBI released the result of the examination on 28 March. Candidates who have cleared this exam will now appear in the main examination. SBI Clerk Mains Admit Card 2025 Download Process:
Candidates need to follow the following steps to download the admit card:
- Visit the official website of SBI: https://sbi.co.in
- Click on the “Careers” tab given on the home page. – sbi.co.in/web/careers
- Click on the “Careers” tab given on the home page.
- Click on the “Clerk Mains Admit Card” link.
- Now, enter the registration number and date of birth and submit.
- Your admit card will appear on the screen.
- Check it and take a printout and appear for the exam.
SBI Clerk Mains Exam 2025 Pattern
The SBI Clerk Mains exam will be of total 200 marks, in which 190 questions will be asked. The total time of the exam will be 2 hours 40 minutes. The pattern of the Mains exam will be divided into four major sections:
- General/Financial Awareness – 50 questions, 50 marks, 35 minutes
- General English – 40 questions, 40 marks, 35 minutes
- Quantitative Aptitude – 50 questions, 50 marks, 45 minutes
- Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude – 50 questions, 60 marks, 45 minutes
Each section will have different types of questions, some of which will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), while some questions may be descriptive. Candidates have to prepare well to score good marks in these sections.
Selection Process of Mains Exam
Candidates who qualify in the SBI Clerk Mains exam will be shortlisted for the further selection process. After this, they will have to go through document verification and other processes. Successful candidates will get appointments in various branches of SBI.
